was the Co-Founder and Creative Director of LatCom Communications (iCaramba.com), a leading media and entertainment company dedicated to the New Generation Latino. At LatCom, Allan brought versatility and creative flexibility to life in print, traditional advertising, multimedia, web design and online advertising campaigns. Allan was also the lead Art Director for Latcom's national Latino college publications Latino University Magazine. Prior to launching LatCom, Allan served as Creative Services Manager at Grey Worldwide, an integrated general market advertising agency. At Grey he guided the technological direction of the Creative Services Department in their flagship New York office. Allan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston University. |

has over 10 years of strategic marketing experience, specializing in Latino media. Anthony was formerly the Marketing Director for a leading privately-held Latino media company. While there, he lead the marketing, brand identity, and interactive media for their 18-34 division. In 2001, Anthony founded a leading collegiate event company – LatinosStep, Inc., which specialized in creating unique events for the Latino college market. He simultaneously create a nationally-audited Latino college magazine with a circulation of over 100,000 in its second year. In 2002, his company was acquired by LatCom Communications (presently Batanga Live). Anthony's prior experience also includes work at WPP's Hispanic advertising agency, The Bravo Group, where he worked on the AT&T, Propecia, Phillip Morris USA and Kraft accounts. He holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College. |

Prior to joining The Amaru Group, Jesus was Director of Events at Batanga.com, the #1 Latin music site in the U.S., where he managed the production, marketing, and staff for live national concerts and college tours. Uniquely responsible for integrating the Batanga brand within the 18-24 youth market, Jesus utilized microsites and online social networking communities to draw in new audiences. Prior to producing events, Jesus was the Publisher and Co-Founder of Latino University, a publication for collegiate Latinos nationally distributed at 315+ universities. In this role, he oversaw the sales, circulation, and content departments. Jesus holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from New York University. |

is a multi-talented web designer/developer with an expertise in key web technologies including XHTML/CSS, PHP, and database design/management. Over the past 5 years, on the design end, Robert has developed web sites for numerous small to mid-size businesses. He is proficient in Adobe/Macromedia applications including, but not limited to, Fireworks, Flash, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Robert currently manages and oversees 10 different web sites integrating new and interactive applications. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Technologies from New York University. |
